Hitek Kitchens was initiated in the month of March 2000 by a visioneer Harjinder Singh Rathore, having lived and worked in this service sector for over 15 years. There were many good chefs in India but there was a need to give them the ultimate and the most modern commercial kitchen equipment to harness their inner potential.
